A revolution is occurring in Mohali – not in the classroom – but on the sports field. Anees School has joined with TIDA Sports : India’s Best Sport Coaching Centers, Venues & Academies, a rapidly growing sports academy, to provide structured, professional, and purposeful sports training for students. The goal is to instill the importance of sports as prevalent as their academic development in every child.

This partnership is not only changing the way students play but How they develop, lead, and flourish through the power of sport.

From Routine to Revolutionary

For many years, school sports consisted of unstructured games or tournaments based on an all-day event given in the year. Students had plenty of enthusiasm, but without structure and a professional, students would never grow into the potential they could achieve.

TIDA Sports viewed it as an opportunity – not simply to train students, but rather to change the school sports culture of Mohali as a whole. Partnering with Anees School, the academy has infused a completely new energy, professionalism, and objective within every training session.

The Vision of TIDA Sports Academy

TIDA Sports, a modern sport academy, believes everybody should have access to the best sports education, not just those who go to big cities or elite schools.

This vision is becoming a reality at Anees School, Mohali, with:

• Regularly scheduled and structured sports sessions
• Certified coaches who guide your children through the learning process
• Skill-based learning for specialists and learners alike
• Physical, mental, and emotional development

This isn’t just a sports training program — it’s a sports movement empowering our next generation!

Training That Builds More Than Muscles

Anees School has partnered with TIDA Sports, to deliver a whole new model of sport training focused on the following:

• Fundamental movement skills (agility, balance, coordination)
• Game-specific skills training (Football, Cricket, Athletics etc.
• Discipline, leadership and teamwork
• Healthy competition and sportsmanship

Therefore every student – regardless of skill level – is learning and developing.

Developing the Mind Through Sports

TIDA Sports Academy is not like traditional programs. TIDA Sports Academy trains the body and trains the mind. As a result, students also learn the following through sport:

• Focus – Learning to be present and aware during games
• Resilience – Getting back up from a loss or failure
• Confidence – Trusting and believing in themselves on and off the field
• Discipline- Turning up and trying hard, every time.

These learning’s are not just in the sport, they apply to studies, friendships, and lifestyle choices.

Discovering & Showcasing Talent

The biggest impact of TIDA Sports at Anees School is that students now have a chance to shine. The academy creates the opportunity for:

• Skill assessments/exams
• Mini-tournaments inside the school
• Friendly matches with other schools
• Opportunities to compete locally or in various leagues.

In an area like the town of Mohali , which has tons of raw talent but little outlet for exposure, the opportunities to participate like this is a game-changer! For many of these students, it is their first shin in furthering their sport.

Coaches Who Care

What differentiates TIDA Sports from other providers is the diverse and capable team of committed coaches. These coaches are not just coaches, but rather:

• Mentors who work with each child individually
• Role models who lead with their example
• Encouragers who will celebrate every small win

They make sure students feel safe, self-motivated, and intrinsically inspired to play sports, regardless of their starting point.

Balancing Sports and Studies

Parental worry: Will training affect academic performance.

TIDA Sports Academy has established it is structured sports training, and the children involved in sports are more likely to demonstrate:

• Better time management skills
• Higher levels of focus and concentration in class
• Greater emotional stability
• Higher levels of confidence when facing challenges

At Anees School, the sports timetable has been developed, so that it compliments studies, rather than competes with them.

Partnering With Parents

Involvement of parents is essential for any child’s development and that is why TIDA Sports keeps parents informed by:

• Progress reports and contributing feedback (every season)
• Live demos and open sessions for parents to sit and watch their child
• Sports days where parents watch their child in ‘live-action’

This transparency is essential for establishing belief and confidence in the TIDA Sports program and developing a partnership between the coach, child and parent.

Building a Sports Culture in Mohali

Anees School’s partnership with TIDA Sports goes beyond becoming healthy and fit, it is laying the foundation for a positive sports culture in Mohali that:

• Sees every child get a fair play and develop
• Sees equal value between sports and academics
• Identifies young talent early and supports its development

Where the concept of pursuing a future in sports becomes real and tangible

This is how communities are uplifted – one training session at a time.

Final Thoughts

At Anees School in Mohali, something amazing is happening. TIDA Sports is changing lives through sports, not just educating students.

We are showing, through structure, care, and passion, that with the right support, a child’s confidence in growing, competing, and dreaming is limitless.
